MyCabree is the mobile companion to Cabree, the back-office platform for taxi, minicab and private hire businesses. It puts your operation in your pocket. Instead of being tied to a desktop dispatch console, owners and managers can review the day's bookings, check on drivers and vehicles, approve expenses, run driver payments and answer support queries from anywhere. ACCOUNT REQUIRED MyCabree is a subscription product for transport businesses. You will need an existing Cabree account and your company code to sign in. WHAT YOU CAN DO Bookings - Review upcoming, active and completed jobs - Open any booking for the full fare breakdown, route and passenger - Share a booking receipt as an image Drivers and vehicles - Browse your driver roster with status at a glance - Keep driver records, documents and expiry dates up to date - Manage your fleet, vehicle categories and maintenance dates - Assign vehicles to drivers Money - Revenue and booking reports over any date range - Driver earnings, broken down per trip - Generate, approve, settle and reverse driver payment runs - Email a statement straight to a driver - Review and approve driver fuel expenses Customers and staff - Full passenger history, spend and contact records - Block or reinstate customer accounts - Manage dispatchers, CSRs and back-office staff Configuration - Zones and pricing factors - Payment methods available to your customers - Payroll cycles, dispatch and routing settings - Broadcast an announcement to everyone on the floor Support - Raise a ticket with the Cabree team and follow it through to resolution, with attachments and replies in one thread BUILT FOR OPERATORS Every business gets its own isolated account, identified by a company code at sign-in. Your data is never visible to another operator. Push notifications keep you informed when something needs attention, and tapping one takes you straight to the ticket or booking concerned.
