Booking Board is an Android appointment diary and customer directory for solo salons and stores. Plan return visits and review cancelled openings. SEE WHO MAY BE DUE TO RETURN Record each customer's visit cycle, preferred days and times, and contact details. Review completed visits to find customers with no next appointment. Link customers to bookings without automatically merging people who share a name. Review a candidate and create the next booking locally. REVIEW A CANCELLED OPENING Match available time with customer preferences, including service preparation and cleanup. Review suitable candidates and rebook locally. Candidate review and rebooking do not require cloud. Suggestions do not guarantee new bookings. YOUR LOCAL DIARY • Day and week views • Available-time searches and overlap checks including preparation and cleanup • Breaks, unavailable time, opening hours and closed dates • Rescheduling, weekly repeats, completed and cancelled records • Searchable history and confirmation text to copy or share • CSV, ICS calendar files and appointment project JSON • Customer CSV and a separate customer-directory JSON backup OPTIONAL CLOUD SERVICES Extra services require voluntary account registration, a Google Play subscription, connectivity and setup: • Share cloud-saved bookings and customers across devices • Customer appointment request pages requiring store approval • Copy or open individual links for changes or cancellation of future confirmed bookings before the cutoff; share only with that customer • Confirmation email and reminders 24 hours before appointments with reservation-email consent • Return-visit and available-time email with separate promotional consent The owner checks recipients and the reservation or offer message type before requesting sending. Both email choices start disabled. Private notes are excluded from customer emails and public pages. Submitting a new booking or time-change request is not confirmation. Customer online payments are not supported. CHECK PRICES AND LIMITS BEFORE PURCHASE This optional subscription renews automatically. Check the local price, billing period, renewal terms and availability on Google Play before purchase. The paid app download is priced separately. Cloud limits: one store and 1,000 retained customers. Per Google Play paid subscription period, up to 300 new future appointment occurrences registered in cloud and 1,000 email send attempts. Future bookings in a first migration also count. Editing does not double-count; cancellation does not refund used quota. Importing completed past visits does not use the future-booking quota. Email limits count attempts, not delivered messages. An uncertain send still uses quota and is not automatically resent. No automatic overage charges. Cloud records for bookings, breaks and unavailable time, including history and deletion records, are limited to 5,000. Shared data is limited to 4 MiB. LOCAL FEATURES REMAIN AFTER CANCELLATION Existing paid-app features and device appointment/customer records remain usable without subscribing and after cancellation. Cloud access normally lasts until the paid period ends; sharing, public requests and sending then require a valid subscription. Cancelling alone does not delete cloud data. Account deletion is separate and does not cancel Google Play billing. Uninstalling does not cancel it either. PRACTICAL LIMITS Local use works without a connection. Offline changes appear elsewhere only after sharing, and conflicting changes require review. Email delivery, punctual reminders and resulting bookings are not guaranteed. Device reminders and customer email are separate. For phone transfer, save and import both the appointment project and the separate customer-directory JSON. ICS export is not ongoing calendar sync. The Android app supports 10 languages. Customer public booking and management pages use Japanese or English; other language settings use English.
