Rental Report helps landlords, tenants and property hosts document a rental walkthrough in a clear room-by-room report. START THE RIGHT INSPECTION Choose move-in, move-out or routine inspection and add the property name and address. RECORD EACH ROOM Review the room checklist, add notes and attach photos from the camera or photo picker. Mark items as good, needing cleaning, worn, damaged or missing. TRACK THE DETAILS Add issue notes and severity while you walk through the property. Inspection records and attached photos are saved locally so you can return to your work after restarting the app. COMPLETE THE HANDOFF Record participant names and confirmation dates as typed sign-offs. Review the inspection summary before exporting. EXPORT A PDF Generate a report with property details, room conditions, notes, room photos and typed sign-offs. Share the exported file using the system share sheet. Choose whether to include untouched rooms in the report. Core inspection features work offline without an account. The app includes no ads or subscriptions. Rental Report is a documentation tool. It does not provide legal advice, guarantee a deposit outcome or replace a locally required inspection form.
