GC Ceesa is the sales management app for salespeople at companies using CEESA's ERP system. Keep your orders, customers, calendar, and catalog on your mobile device, always up-to-date with the ERP. ORDERS • Pending and delivered orders, sorted by month, with a search function by customer or order number. • The entire order on one screen: items, quantities delivered, terms, discounts, and total. • The order in PDF format, ready to be opened, shared, or emailed to the customer. ORDER PREPARATION • Take the order during the visit: items, quantities, discounts, early payment, and shipping costs. • Saved on your mobile device until you generate it in the ERP system. CUSTOMERS AND POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS • Profile with map, contact information (phone, WhatsApp, email, and directions). • Yearly sales and analytics of purchases made each year. • Sales data: payment method, price list, and salesperson.
