About this app
AI notification summary: hear what matters in one spoken daily briefing.
Hundreds of notifications a day, and only a handful really matter. Echo reads them for you and tells you what does, in one short briefing you can listen to over breakfast. YOUR DAY, READ TO YOU Every morning, or whenever you like, Echo turns your WhatsApp messages, emails, Slack pings and calendar into a calm spoken summary of what matters today and tomorrow. It knows that "tomorrow" in last night's message means today, skips the promotions and OTPs, and never brings up plans that have already passed. SEE WHO'S WAITING ON YOU Echo picks out the messages that are actually meant for you: the friend asking a question, the colleague who mentioned you, the reply to something you said. Group chatter stays in the background, so the messages that need you stand out. ASK ABOUT ANY MESSAGE "What time is dinner?" "What did Rohan say about Friday?" Ask by voice or text and get a short answer, with the exact messages it came from so you can check it yourself. Echo can even help you write the reply. MESSAGES BECOME A TO-DO LIST Echo turns what people ask of you into a short to-do list, with times worked out for you, and offers a reminder before each one. When plans change, one tap updates your list. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your notifications are processed on your own devices. Echo has no account, shows no ads and sells nothing. You choose which apps Echo listens to, and what it captures clears itself after a day. Want more power? Turn on the optional cloud engine with your own Gemini API key; it stays off unless you choose it. WIDGETS, VOICES AND YOUR DESKTOP Add home-screen widgets for your to-dos and your briefing streak, choose from natural-sounding voices, and pair Echo with the Echo desktop app to see your day on your computer too. BUILD A DAILY HABIT One briefing a day keeps your streak going, and the weekly view shows how much Echo read so you didn't have to. Echo needs notification access to work. That is how it reads your messages, and they stay on your own devices unless you turn on the cloud engine yourself.
