Zoom into an A0 sheet, drop a pin exactly where the problem is, and the location travels with the snag into the report. • Dictate instead of typing. RUN THE INSPECTION • Site visits with a start, a route and a close-out. • Severity with automatic due dates, so a critical defect is not filed with the same deadline as a snagging item. • Filter by status, severity, trade, location or who it is assigned to. • A full timeline on every defect — who raised it, who fixed it, who verified it, and when. KEEP THE PAPERWORK STRAIGHT • Project documents on the phone: specifications, method statements, permits, ITPs and certificates. • Permits and certificates carry an expiry date and tell you before it passes. • Drawing revisions supersede cleanly, so nobody is working to a sheet that was withdrawn last month. • Generate inspection reports as PDFs, in Arabic or English.
