About this app
Find & bulk delete duplicate cloud files in OneDrive, Google Drive & Dropbox.
ClearCopies finds exact duplicate files in your cloud storage — OneDrive, Google Drive and Dropbox. It compares file sizes with the checksums your provider already stores, so identical copies are grouped without downloading a single file. READ-ONLY FIRST The first connection to a drive is read-only. A scan reads names, sizes, folders and provider checksums, and nothing else. It cannot change, move or delete anything. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Connect OneDrive, Google Drive or Dropbox and scan a whole drive or a single folder. • Let scans run on our servers: close the app and get an email when the scan has finished. • Review every duplicate group with the evidence behind it: same size, same provider checksum. • Choose the copy to keep in each group. Protected formats (CAD, project, design and database files) are never selected automatically. • Filter large result sets and apply a decision to everything visible. • See how much space your selection would recover. • Export the reviewed cleanup plan. • Manage connected drives, email notifications and your account — including deleting it — from Settings. ClearCopies for Android is a companion to your ClearCopies account. Moving copies to trash is not available in this app; your review and cleanup plan are saved to your account. BUILT TO BE SAFE • Exact evidence only: names and sizes alone never make a file a duplicate. • Original file contents are never downloaded to our servers or to your phone. • Cleanups on your account move files to the provider's recoverable trash, never to permanent deletion. • You can disconnect a drive or delete your account at any time, in the app or at https://clearcopies.com/data-deletion. WHAT YOU NEED • A ClearCopies account. Sign in with a one-time email link — no password. • A OneDrive, Google Drive or Dropbox account. Provider sign-in happens in the provider's own page and returns to the app. Privacy policy: https://clearcopies.com/privacy Support: support@clearcopies.com
