Ancre — Guided Reflection

Ancre is a space for guided reflection and introspection, designed by coaches certified by the ICF (International Coaching Federation) and enriched by artificial intelligence. You take a moment for yourself, you answer questions built to go further than the easy answer, and Ancre follows up on what you have just written. You take the time to write: that is where it happens. • While you write, Ancre can offer you a hint, then a question that goes one notch further into what you have just said. • At the end of a sequence, if you want, you turn it into a goal: it starts from what you have just written. You can also create one at any time. • Your goals take shape through a few questions that make them concrete, and you check in on each one whenever you want. • A few days after a sequence, “What is shifting” invites you to come back to what has changed since. YOUR SPACE STAYS YOURS • What you write is never sold, and is not used to train AI models. • With Ancre+, your backup is end-to-end encrypted: no one but you can read it, not even us. It is hosted in Québec, linked to your Google account, and follows you on your phone and your tablet. Without a subscription, everything stays on your phone. • No advertising in the app. • You can lock Ancre with your fingerprint, your face or your phone code. • You export or delete your data whenever you want, from Settings. DESIGNED BY CERTIFIED COACHES Ancre grew out of the practice of coaches certified by the ICF (International Coaching Federation), including one coach at the PCC level (Professional Certified Coach).
