Co-Parenting: Custody & Plan is a calm, neutral co-parenting app for separated and divorced parents. Keep the custody schedule, handoffs, shared expenses and a factual message log in one shared place, so both homes follow the same plan without constant back-and-forth. It organizes and records. It is not legal advice, it does not decide custody and it does not take sides. CUSTODY CALENDAR & SCHEDULE • Rotations from your parenting plan: week on/week off, 2-2-3, 2-2-5-5, 3-4-4-3, every other weekend, or a custom rotation. Days fill with color-coded blocks. • Holidays & breaks: give a holiday to one parent on odd years and the other on even years; it overrides the regular rotation. • Swap requests: ask before changing a day. Nothing moves until the other parent accepts. • Today view: who the kids are with now, plus the time and place of the next handoff. • Parenting time: overnights with each parent for a range, compared with the plan. HANDOFFS • A handoff location is a place name you type, like "school front entrance" — never live location tracking. • Handoff prep: a reusable "what travels" checklist (inhaler, homework folder) ticked per exchange. • Optional stay briefing: an AI-drafted summary of the stay that is ending, only when both parents have turned AI on. You edit it before posting. SHARED EXPENSES • Log a kid expense, set each parent's share and see a running balance of who owes whom. • Split rules: set the share your plan gives each category; new expenses start from it. • Settle up a period: it closes once the receiving parent confirms. NEUTRAL MESSAGE LOG • Timestamped notes instead of an argument thread, with "mark as seen". • Optional tone check, off until you turn it on: it flags wording that tends to escalate and suggests a brief, firm version. Only the note you typed is checked, and you decide what gets posted. • Activity log: every change either parent makes, in one list. KIDS • Profiles with a calendar color, medical notes and an emergency contact. • Emergency & school card: allergies, medications, doctor, school and pickup names on one card for a babysitter or grandparent — readable offline once loaded. • Document vault (Pro): insurance cards, school forms and agreements as a PDF or photo. STAY IN THE LOOP • Reminders for a handoff, a shared cost or an expiring document, on your own phone. • Push alerts when your co-parent proposes or answers a swap, plus an optional weekly digest. • Invite the other parent with a 6-character code.
