Kaiten Sushi Bar Tycoon is a conveyor belt sushi management game: you run a small sushi bar in Tokyo and keep the right plates moving to the right guests at the right time. It is about flow, not cooking. RUN THE BELT - Open the nigiri, maki, sashimi and dessert stations and keep a chef at each one. - The plate colour shows the price: white, green, blue, red and gold. Office workers, students, families, tourists and gourmets each choose differently. - Choose the belt speed. A fast belt reaches the far stools sooner, but guests take fewer plates and the sushi loses its freshness faster. - Plates that ride too long turn stale. Throw them out before the guests notice, and do not make more than the shop can sell. - With the order tablet, guests send special requests that ride the express lane straight to their seat. HANDLE THE BUSY MOMENTS A lunch rush, a tourist bus at the door, a late fish delivery, a health inspection, a belt breakdown or a street festival. Each one has a single answer: greet the queue, buy at the market, do a quick clean, repair the belt or serve the festival menu. If the flow stops, hungry guests leave.
