My AI Employee Property Care

My AI Employee Property Care is the app of property-care agencies that use the My AI Employee Property Care platform, such as Comfort Casa in Alicante, Spain. Agencies look after homes for owners who live abroad: their inspectors visit the property, photograph it room by room and publish a dated report. This app is not a marketplace. You can only use it if your agency works with My AI Employee Property Care and has given you access. FOR PROPERTY OWNERS • Open the app with the QR code or the private link your agency gave you. No registration and no password. • What needs your attention comes first: service proposals waiting for your decision and findings from recent inspections. • Read your dated inspection reports: room by room, with the inspector's photos and comments, rooms that could not be checked, and the closing checks (doors, windows, water and the checks your agency agreed with you). • See every home the agency looks after for you in one place. • Review optional service proposals from your agency, such as a repair or painting, with the final price including VAT. Accept or decline them in the app. You pay the agency directly by bank transfer, following the instructions shown. There are no payments in the app. • Owner screens are available in English, Spanish, German, French, Dutch, Swedish and Norwegian. Keep your link private: anyone who has it can open your reports. If you think someone else has it, ask your agency to replace it. FOR INSPECTORS (AGENCY STAFF) • Sign in with the staff account your agency created for you. • Your assigned visits download automatically. • Guided capture, one room at a time: several full-resolution photos per room, optional comments (typed, or dictated with your phone's speech recognition where available) and an issue flag. If a room cannot be checked, record the reason. • Finish with the property's closing checklist, review and submit. • Work is saved on the phone first and uploads automatically when there is a connection, so you can keep capturing without coverage. • Inspector screens are in Spanish. WHAT YOU NEED • Owners: the QR code or link from your agency. • Inspectors: a staff account from your agency. • An internet connection to open reports, decide on proposals and send inspections.
