PulseTorch is a simple and private wellness app that helps you estimate your pulse, recovery, body load, calm level and arousal level using your phone’s rear camera and flashlight. Place your fingertip over the rear camera, keep still for a short measurement, and PulseTorch analyzes brightness changes from your finger to estimate your heart rate, signal quality, rhythm and stability.
