Basmat Clinic - Patient App The Basmat Clinic Patient App, powered by CONST-TECH LTD, allows you to book and track your appointments, view your invoices, and access clinic services and offers all in one place, with a right-to-left Arabic interface. Get started in minutes Log in with your mobile number and a verification code sent to you via WhatsApp—no password required. If you don't have a file with Basmat Clinic, a free file will be created for you within the app using your name and mobile number. You can also browse the clinic's services, prices, and offers before logging in. Services • Booking Appointments: Select the department, service, and doctor, then choose the date, time, and availability. Your request will be sent to the clinic reception for confirmation. • My Appointments: Track your upcoming and past appointments, the status of each appointment, and cancel your next appointment directly from the app. • Invoices: Review your paid and outstanding invoices, including details of each item, discounts, taxes, and the total amount paid and remaining. • Services and Prices: Browse Basmat Clinic's departments, services, and prices. • Offers: View the clinic's current offers and their duration, and book your appointment for the service included in the offer. • Notifications: Receive alerts to confirm, modify, or cancel your appointment, as well as notifications of your new invoices and clinic messages, both within the app and on your mobile phone. • Family Files: If your family members have files on the same mobile number as you, you can switch between them from your account. • Contact: Call the clinic or message them via WhatsApp or email. Nature of Services The app does not include any in-app payments or purchases. The invoices displayed are for medical services actually provided at Basmat Clinic and are paid directly at the clinic. They do not represent in-app purchases or App Store subscriptions. Your Account Review your information and file number, and review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy within the app. You can log out or delete your account at any time from the "My Account" page. App Ownership and Management This app is owned, operated, and developed by CONST-TECH LTD, which is responsible for operating the platform, providing its services, and offering technical support. The app is presented as an electronic platform used by Basmat Clinic to manage its interactions with patients. The appearance of Basmat Clinic's name or trademark within the app does not imply ownership or operation by the clinic, but rather that it is a user of the service. All rights to the app, its operation, and management belong to CONST-TECH LTD. Permissions The app requests one optional permission: notifications, to send you alerts about your appointments and invoices. You can deny or disable this permission in your device settings, and notifications will remain available within the app. The app does not request access to your camera, microphone, photos, contacts, or location. It only requires an internet connection to display your account data. Important Notice This app is a tool for booking and tracking appointments. It does not provide medical diagnoses and is not a substitute for a consultation with a qualified physician. The medical decision remains with the treating physician. Your Privacy Your account details, appointments, and invoices are displayed only to you after you log in with your verification code and are not used for any advertising or tracking. You can view the privacy policy and terms within the app.
