FleetApp is the fleet management app for construction and agribusiness companies that operate heavy machinery. It records work where it happens—on the job site, even without a signal—and consolidates costs, maintenance, and availability in one place. DESIGNED FOR THE FIELD The app works 100% offline. The operator logs their shift, the mechanic closes their work order, and the supervisor accesses reports even without coverage. When a connection is restored, everything syncs automatically, eliminating duplicates and lost data. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Equipment: Inventory of excavators, backhoes, graders, tractors, trucks, and more, with hour meter/odometer, hourly rate, and status. • Work sessions via QR code: The operator scans the equipment's code to start and end their shift. Hours worked, project, and location are recorded. • Pre-operational checklist: Daily inspection before starting the machine, with photos and fault detection. • Fuel: Each fill-up in gallons, price per gallon, and equipment. Hourly cost calculated automatically. • Maintenance: Preventive and corrective work orders, assignment to mechanic, and closing from your cell phone by scanning the equipment's QR code. • Alerts: Notifications for overdue maintenance, hour meter threshold reached, and inactive equipment. • Projects: Assign equipment to projects and compare the actual cost between them. • Reports and KPIs: Cost per piece of equipment and per project, fuel consumption, availability, and productive hours, with PDF reports. ROLES AND PERMISSIONS Four profiles with different views: Administrator, Supervisor, Mechanic, and Operator. Each person sees only what they need, and the operator has a simplified workflow designed for use with gloves and in bright sunlight. MULTI-COMPANY Each company has its data completely isolated. Ideal for groups with multiple legal entities or for contractors managing third-party fleets.
