Approve the emails Bee drafts and follow your leads and campaigns by phone.
Beestaff is the mobile app for beestaff.ai — an AI agent that does B2B sales and marketing work for your company. Bee finds the right companies, researches them, and writes the outreach for you. Your job is to read it and decide. This app is for deciding wherever you are, without opening a laptop. APPROVE EMAILS FROM YOUR PHONE Every draft waiting on you is in the Inbox. Read the whole conversation with the customer, then approve it, change the wording, send it, hand it back to Bee with a reason, or ask for a rewrite. Replies that have just come in show up here too. THE WHOLE PICTURE IN ONE SCREEN The Today screen shows where the lead funnel stands, what is waiting on a person, what is stuck, and how much has been spent. KEEP UP WITH THE COMPANY LIST Search by company name, domain, contact or email. Open a lead to see its contacts and recent changes, and move it to the next stage. APPROVE MARKETING CONTENT Article drafts arrive with Bee's own read on them: a score, the issues worth knowing about, and suggested edits. Approve or reject, with a reason if you want to give one. KNOW WHAT THE AGENT IS DOING See the current run and the ones before it, how many drafts came out of each, and every step Bee took. THE DECISION IS ALWAYS YOURS Beestaff does not run on its own. No email goes out before a person has read it and tapped Send. A BEESTAFF.AI ACCOUNT IS REQUIRED This app is for people who already have a workspace account issued by their company. If you do not have one, contact your administrator or read more at beestaff.ai. Available in Vietnamese, English and Finnish.
