BrokerLoc is the mobile companion to FreightLOC for people who work at a freight brokerage. Sign in with your existing FreightLOC broker account to keep an eye on your loads, vet carriers and manage drivers from anywhere. BrokerLoc is for brokerage staff only. Drivers use the Driver Verify app, and accounts are created by FreightLOC, not in this app. SHIPMENTS • See every active shipment, search by reference, carrier or driver, and filter by status • Live fleet map (Google Maps) with the last known position of every load on the road • Open a shipment to see its route from pickup, the driver's submission and verification result • Resend or remove a verification request CARRIERS • Look up any carrier by name, DOT or MC number • Review authority, insurance, compliance and safety records in one place • Send a carrier verification request by email or text • Read and add notes on a carrier DRIVERS • Browse the drivers in your brokerage with their trust score and history • Add, edit, verify and block drivers (brokerage administrators) • Copy a driver's verification code securely; it clears from the clipboard automatically INBOX AND TEAM • Stay on top of driver submissions and alerts in your inbox • Manage your team's access and set carrier rules and invitation expiry (administrators) • Upload your carrier agreement template (brokerage owners) SIGN IN • Sign in with your FreightLOC email and password • Not a brokerage account? BrokerLoc points you to Driver Verify Billing, subscriptions and account creation are not part of this app. If your brokerage account is not active, setup has to be completed on the FreightLOC website by whoever administers it.
