Your ERP system reports, on your phone. Sign in with your ERP username and password and open the modules you have access to. An ERP account is required. This app is for staff who already use the ERP system. You cannot create an account in the app. BOQ • Browse bill of quantities items by project • Search and sort by name, quantity or amount • Open an item to see its rates, clauses and specifications EMD (EQUIPMENT AND SPARES) • See the whole fleet: deployed, idle and parked machines • Open any machine for its full record • Check fuel use and spare-part stock • Spot exceptions, such as idle machines that still use spare parts • Choose the period: this month, last 3 months, this year or your own dates VECTOR ASSISTANT • Ask a question about your equipment in plain words, by typing or by voice • Get the answer without opening a report TREASURY • See the weekly payment position for each project • Review the week's payment plan, with the payment method for each item ACCESS CONTROL • Review users and their permissions MADE FOR THE SITE AND THE OFFICE • One sign-in for every module • "Remember this device" keeps you signed in • Search the module list to find what you need • Light and dark theme and adjustable text size in EMD PERMISSIONS • Microphone: used only when you tap the microphone button to ask the assistant a question by voice
