OwnTunes is designed to keep personal music information private. The app does not require account creation or cloud music storage. Crash and analytics controls are user-configurable, and personal music details such as song titles, artists, local file paths, Wi‑Fi IP addresses, PINs, and playlist names are excluded from telemetry.
