DIVEOPS PRO: Dive Logbook

DIVEOPS PRO is a commercial diving logbook and dive-operations app for working divers and anyone who wants a proper record of every dive. YOUR LOGBOOK, SIGNAL OR NOT • Dives save on your phone first, so logging works with no signal. Sign in and your logbook syncs across phone, tablet and computer (web app). • Enter depth, times, gas mix (O₂ / He), cylinder pressures, water temperature, site and buddy. • Import UDDF, CSV and Subsurface (.ssrf / .xml) files; each dive arrives as a draft for you to check. • Finalized dives are locked: from then on they cannot be edited, so nothing changes silently. • Lifetime exposure ledger: a tamper-evident history built from your finalized dives. SUPERVISOR SIGN-OFF, EVEN OFFLINE • Let a supervisor or dive partner enter or sign your dives from their own app. You approve every entry and can cancel access any time. • No signal on the barge? Your supervisor scans a QR code on your phone, signs, and shows you a code to scan back. It is recorded once you are online. COMMERCIAL CONSOLE AND CHAMBER RECORDS • Offline supervisor console for offshore and inshore jobs: projects, crew, pre-dive checklist, dive event timeline and pneumo depth readings you type in. • Hyperbaric chamber records: sessions, gauge readings you enter, event log and approval to close. Treatments are documented, never prescribed. DIVER CV AND EMPLOYER VERIFICATION • Optional public logbook CV at your own link, with a QR code. It is off until you switch it on, and you choose what it shows. • Employer verification: a 30-day code (with QR) shows an employer your logged hours, the dives a supervisor signed and a ledger integrity check. THE DIVERS' LOUNGE • Public topic rooms, and private groups by invitation: nobody is added until they accept. • See who is online, connect with divers, message, share files and make voice and video calls. • Jobs board: post diving work or apply for it. • Moderated: community rules, a content filter, report and block tools; room owners can remove or ban members. KNOWLEDGE HUB • Sourced guidelines, formulas with examples, reference charts, a daily tip and diving news linked to the original publishers. • Gas calculators: MOD and best mix from the ppO₂ limit you set (no built-in default), plus EAD and END. EMERGENCY & SAFETY • Works offline: emergency numbers for 200+ countries and territories and dive emergency hotlines, including DAN's regional lines. • Marine VHF: Channel 16, plus MAYDAY, PAN-PAN and SECURITE call scripts. • Dive flags, hyperbaric centre contacts and first-aid do's and don'ts. • Every number, script and flag shows its source and check date. • Report incidents and near misses, even with no signal. • Show your coordinates on screen to read out to rescuers. They are not stored or sent. LANGUAGES This app is in English. The web app at diveopspro.com is in 10 languages. FOUNDING OFFER The first 50 divers who verify their email get every feature free for 3 months. When it ends, nothing is deleted and the core logbook stays free; pro tools such as the supervisor console and chamber records need a membership. PRIVACY No ads. Your dive records are never sold or used for advertising. Export your logbook from the web app (UDDF or full backup). Delete your account in the app (Profile > Delete account). IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION DIVEOPS PRO is a logbook and reference tool. It is NOT a dive computer and must not be used to plan or conduct dives. Your phone does not measure depth or time underwater, and decompression planning is disabled.
