■ Keep the dishes you actually cook Cuisine is not another feed of other people's recipes. It is a notebook for the food you make yourself, kept with your own photos and in your own words. One photo, the ingredients and the steps - that is all it takes to start. No account. No sign-in. No server. Everything stays on this device. ■ The recipe diary · Up to 8 photos per recipe; the first one becomes the cover · Ingredients kept as name and amount, steps numbered as you write them · Servings, cooking time and notes alongside · Seven built-in dish types: Main Course, Side Dish, Soup & Stew, Appetizer, Salad, Dessert, Beverage · Add your own categories too - "Low carb", "Kids' lunch", whatever you cook by · Search across titles and ingredients, and mark favourites ■ Cook mode - the screen for when you are actually cooking Built for the moment you look at your phone with wet hands. · One step at a time, in large type, filling the screen · The screen stays awake while you cook · Durations written in a step become one-tap timers - "Simmer for 10 minutes" gives you a 10:00 timer without typing anything · Quick 1 / 5 / 10 / 30 minute timers as well · The ingredient list is one tap away at any point ■ Servings that recalculate Wrote the recipe for two and cooking for four? Change the serving count and the amounts follow: 200g becomes 400g, 1/2 cup becomes 1 cup. Only the display changes - your recipe is left exactly as you wrote it. ■ A grocery list that behaves like a shopping trip · Tap an item once it is in the trolley: it greys out, gets a strikethrough and slides to the bottom of the list · Pull ingredients in from a recipe and pick only what you are missing · Scale the servings first and the calculated amounts come across with it · Names you have used before are suggested as you type, so spellings stay consistent · Adding the same item twice merges the amounts instead of duplicating the line · Clear just the picked-up items, or empty the whole list ■ Share as a card, not a wall of text Turn a recipe into a designed card image with your photo on it. Three sizes are included - portrait 4:5, story 9:16 and square 1:1 - so it fits wherever you post it. ■ Backup and restore Export everything, photos included, as a single ZIP file. You choose where it is saved. Moving to a new phone is a matter of importing it again, either merging into what is already there or restoring the backup as-is. ■ Details that matter · English and Korean; the language you pick is kept regardless of system settings · Light and dark mode · Five theme colours: Tomato, Basil, Butter, Berry, Cocoa · Settings split into small screens, so you only open what you need ■ Privacy Your recipes, photos and grocery list are stored on this device only. They are never uploaded, and uninstalling the app removes them with it. The internet connection is used for the banner advertisement and its consent flow, and nothing else. Cuisine is free.
