Once Kris makes appointment times available for your request, choose and book an available slot in the app. FOLLOW YOUR REPAIR Check the repair timeline, message Kris and view attached repair photos. When Kris is on the way and sharing his location, follow live arrival tracking in the app. REVIEW ITEMIZED INVOICES Review and sign itemized invoices, then pay through Square checkout. Access your receipts so you can keep track of completed work and payments. KEEP YOUR SERVICE RECORDS TOGETHER Access warranties and reminders, and find your referral information alongside your vehicle care records. Appointment availability is provided by Kris. Live arrival tracking is available while Kris is on the way and location sharing is active. Only Kris’s phone shares location during an active service trip, including while his app is in the background. Customer phones are never tracked. Location sharing stops when Kris marks arrival or stops the trip.
