Guided hand movements, personal routines and progress.
Make time for your hands with clear, guided practice. Hand Arthritis brings finger, thumb and wrist movements, short routines, and a simple practice journal together in one app. Choose a schedule that fits your day and follow each movement at your own pace. GUIDED HAND MOVEMENTS Explore 12 illustrated movements with animated demonstrations and step-by-step instructions. Pause, rest, or skip a movement whenever you need to. A ROUTINE THAT FITS YOUR DAY Set your practice preferences, choose a short routine, or build your own from the movements that suit you. Optional voice input helps you choose an existing routine; you can also select a goal by tapping. KEEP YOUR FAVORITES CLOSE Save movements and routines, explore educational video resources from independent creators, and return to the guidance you find useful. SEE YOUR PRACTICE HISTORY Keep a local journal of your sessions and see your weekly practice activity. Your saved content, preferences, and practice history stay on your device. SUBSCRIPTION ACCESS An active Hand Arthritis Pro subscription is required to access the app. Weekly and yearly options are shown with local prices before purchase. A free trial may be available to eligible customers. Deleting your app account does not cancel your subscription. EDUCATIONAL GUIDANCE Hand Arthritis provides general exercise education and suggestions, not medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a medical condition and is not a medical device or a substitute for professional care. Consult your doctor before making medical decisions or starting a new exercise routine. Stop if a movement hurts. Videos require an internet connection and play through the original YouTube player. Creators are independent and are not affiliated with Hand Arthritis. YouTube controls video availability and may display advertising. Videos are not downloaded or re-hosted.
