Smart Control

Smart Control is the companion app to the EcoBreeze Smart portal. It gives cleaning teams and their managers one clear picture of every washroom on every site. An EcoBreeze account is required. Accounts are created by your organisation's administrator. Without one, the app cannot be used. FOR CLEANING TEAMS • See which rooms need attention, shown with pictures, not long texts. • Start and finish a clean with one tap, or let your cleaning tag record it for you. • Report a problem with a photo or a voice note in seconds. • Hold any card to hear it read aloud. • Use the app in your own language. 22 are included, with right-to-left support for Arabic and Urdu. FOR SUPERVISORS AND MANAGERS • Live view of visitors, cleans and room status across all your sites. • Alerts when a room needs cleaning, gets busy, or a device goes offline. • Give tasks to a person or a team, and see when they are done. • Close and reopen rooms, and keep everyone informed. • Rota, events and visitor feedback in one place. FOR EVERYONE • Messages, announcements and replies with your site team in the Activity Hub. • Notifications you control: choose what reaches your phone, set quiet hours, mute a site. • Works on phones and tablets.
