Every museum and ancient site in Egypt: hours, tickets, maps and day plans.
Egypt Museums is a guide to Egypt's museums and archaeological sites, from the Grand Egyptian Museum and the Pyramids of Giza to Karnak, Abu Simbel and the quiet house museums of Cairo. Features: • Opening hours for today, including last entry, Ramadan hours and evening openings • Ticket prices for each visitor type, plus the extras: special tombs, inner areas and parking • Official ticket links that open the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities or Grand Egyptian Museum booking sites • A map of what's open near you, with distances and routes • A visit planner that builds a day-by-day route from your dates, pace and interests, with ticket totals per day • Highlights for each place: the objects and corners you shouldn't miss • Arabic and English, with a full right-to-left layout • Works offline: the guide is on your phone and updates itself when information changes Every price and opening time shows the date it was last checked against an official source. Prices in Egypt change several times a year, so the app updates its information without needing an app update. Coverage: 274 museums and archaeological sites across all governorates. The major sites already have full details, and more are being added. Egypt Museums is an independent guide and is not affiliated with the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities.
