11:11 Connect

11:11 Connect is the all-in-one internal communication and work management app built exclusively for the 11:11 Indculinarium Group team. 💬 Real-time Messaging Chat one-on-one or in groups with your colleagues. Share updates, coordinate shifts, and keep everyone on the same page — instantly. Messages sync in real time with read receipts and emoji reactions. ✅ Task Management Assign, track, and complete tasks with full visibility across the team. Set priorities, due dates, and completion proofs. Managers can create and delegate work; employees can accept, reject, or mark tasks done with photo evidence. 📞 Voice & Video Calls Make crystal-clear voice or video calls directly from the app — no external apps needed. Incoming calls work even when the app is in the background or closed, just like WhatsApp. 📢 Announcements Management can broadcast important updates, policy changes, and team news to all staff instantly. Stay informed with pinned announcements always visible on the home screen. 📍 Live Location Tracking Super admins can view the real-time location of field staff on an interactive map. Staff locations update automatically in the background so managers always know where the team is. 📅 Calendar & Events Plan shifts, meetings, and team events in a shared calendar. RSVP to events and get reminders so nothing gets missed. 🏆 Points & Recognition Reward great work with brownie points. Track leaderboards and celebrate the employee of the month — keeping team morale high. 🔔 Smart Notifications Get notified for every task assignment, chat message, announcement, and incoming call — even when the app is closed. This app is for authorised 11:11 Indculinarium Group employees only.
