A fitness app for bariatric patients
The BariFit App is an exclusive online health and fitness coaching platform that was designed to complement bariatric surgery, and ultimately, enhance patient results. The program was developed by a team of professionals who understand the specific needs of the bariatric patient. The program includes: simple yet effective workouts in the app; healthy meal planning; accountability; on-going support and access to an exclusive online community comprised of coaches and bariatric surgeons. Since we pride ourselves on being an inclusive health-focused community, we also welcome anyone who has lost weight on their own or using GLP-1s and wants to improve their quality of life by incorporating resistance training , nutritious foods and other healthy habits.
