Screen time tracker for app usage: one card each morning shows your phone usage.
Screen time tracker that reports your app usage as one card every morning. Yesterday's screen time, the apps you spent the most on, and how many times you unlocked your phone. Before you set limits, a screen time app should first show you the number. "Yesterday you spent 6 hours on your phone. Two of them after midnight." Phonest sums up your day in a single morning card, with just the right amount of roasting. SCREEN TIME CARD EVERY MORNING • Yesterday's screen time, top apps and wake-ups, wrapped in a witty one-liner. • Too spicy? Turn down the roast level in settings. SCREEN TIME AS A COLOR BAND • A 24-hour strip shows exactly when you picked your phone up and when you finally put it down. Phonest's signature view. SCREEN TIME GOALS, TITLES & STREAKS • "Midnight Scroller", "Digital Minimalist"... yesterday's you earns a new title every day. • Keep your goal and grow your streak. WEEKLY SCREEN TIME & HISTORY • A weekly recap lands every Sunday. • The calendar keeps all your past cards. SHARE • Save your card as an image and share it. 100% ON-DEVICE • No server. No sign-up. • Your app usage data never leaves your phone and is deleted with the app. PERMISSIONS • Usage access (required): reads on-device usage statistics. That is the whole app. • Notifications (optional): delivers your morning card. • Notification access (optional, off by default): counts notifications and their source apps only.
