Freight Flow – Freight Management, Document Scanner, eBOL and Invoicing Freight Flow is a transportation management app for truck drivers, owner-operators, independent carriers, dispatchers, and trucking companies. Manage freight shipments, scan shipping documents, organize pickup and delivery details, capture electronic signatures, generate shipment records, and create invoices from your Android device. FREIGHT SHIPMENT MANAGEMENT Create and manage freight shipments using two options: Create Manually – Enter shipment information using an editable form. Scan Documents – Import shipping paperwork and use OCR technology to recognize information and help complete shipment fields. Save drafts when information is missing. Update records as additional details become available. Track upcoming, in-transit, and delivered shipments. DOCUMENT SCANNING AND OCR Freight Flow uses Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to reduce repetitive data entry. Scan or import: • Bills of Lading (BOL) • Freight rate confirmations • Purchase orders (PO) • Pickup and delivery documents • Appointment confirmations • Shipping instructions • PDF files and document images The app identifies available company names, addresses, phone numbers, reference numbers, appointments, and freight details. Review and correct recognized information before saving. COMPLETE SHIPPING INFORMATION Organize transportation details, including: • Shipper and receiver information • Broker and customer contacts • Pickup and delivery addresses • Appointment numbers, dates, and times • PO, BOL, PRO, and order numbers • Truck and trailer information • Equipment types • Commodities, weights, and quantities • Special instructions and notes • Freight rates and additional charges ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES AND DELIVERY RECORDS Capture pickup and delivery signatures on your device. Features include: • Driver and receiver signatures • Signer names • Pickup and delivery timestamps • Optional location recording • Shipment completion records • Proof-of-delivery documentation Location recording can be enabled or disabled in Settings. PROFESSIONAL SHIPPING DOCUMENTS Generate shipment PDFs with available transportation information. Documents may include carrier details, shipper and receiver information, appointments, reference numbers, freight descriptions, charges, signatures, and delivery records. The two-column PDF layout saves space and excludes unnecessary empty fields. View and share shipment documents from the app. INVOICING AND PAYMENT TRACKING Create invoices from shipments or prepare standalone invoices. • Generate invoice PDFs • Include saved company information • Identify customers and brokers • Record transportation charges • Mark invoices Paid or Unpaid • View paid and unpaid totals • View and share invoices Keep transportation billing organized in one application. COMPANY AND DRIVER PROFILE Save transportation company information once and reuse it in shipping documents and invoices. Store company name, address, phone, email, USDOT number, MC number, driver information, and default truck and trailer numbers. DOCUMENT ATTACHMENTS Attach supporting documents to shipment records, including bills of lading, confirmations, delivery paperwork, and receipts. View PDF, image, and text attachments or share them using compatible applications. LOCAL STORAGE AND BACKUP Freight Flow operates primarily on your device. Shipment records, signatures, attachments, and invoices are stored locally rather than automatically uploaded to a Freight Flow cloud account.
