Turn your phone into a simple metal detector and magnetic field meter. EMF Radar reads your phone's built-in magnetometer and shows the magnetic field around you live, in microtesla (µT) or milligauss (mG). ★ METAL FINDER WITH BEEP ALERTS Tap Zero, then slide your phone slowly along a wall, floor or table. Near iron or steel (screws, nails, pipes, rebar, tools) the reading rises and the beeps and vibration speed up. WHAT A PHONE SENSOR CAN AND CAN'T DETECT • Works best with iron, steel, nickel and magnets. • Gold, silver, copper and aluminium are not magnetic, so they give weak or no readings. • Wires show up only while current flows. Wood and plastic are not detected. • Wi-Fi, mobile and other radio signals can't be measured by a magnetometer. • Results depend on your phone's sensor.
