BookPaid is a booking app for one person who sells their own time: a coach, a tutor, a trainer, a photographer, a hairdresser. Say what you offer, how long it takes and what it costs. Set your working hours. Share one link. Clients open it in a browser or in Telegram, pick a free time and pay by card. They need no account and no app. HOW IT WORKS 1. Create a service: a name, the lengths you work in, and a price. 2. Set your weekly hours, the gap you want between appointments, and the notice you need. 3. Send your link from any chat, or put it on your website or profile. 4. A client picks a time and pays a deposit or the full price, as you set it. You are notified. WHAT YOU GET • Weekly working hours, buffers and minimum notice • Time off and blocked periods • Your phone's calendar or a Google Calendar can block the times you are busy. BookPaid keeps only the start and end of busy events, never titles or details. • A deposit up front with the rest paid in person, or the full price up front • A free-cancellation window you choose for each service • A record of what has been paid and what is still owed on each booking HOW THE MONEY MOVES Card payments are processed by Stripe. To be paid out you set up a Stripe account on Stripe's own onboarding page; your bank details go to Stripe, not to BookPaid. BookPaid is the merchant of record: a client's payment passes through our Stripe platform account, and your share settles into your own Stripe account. Stripe pays out to your bank after each appointment has taken place. In the United States you can take card bookings before you set up payouts. BookPaid then collects each payment for you and holds your share in BookPaid's Stripe account until you cash out. Cash out within 90 days after each appointment; if you don't, that payment is refunded to the client. The fee is 2.5% of each card payment plus Stripe's processing cost on it. There is no listing fee and no subscription. If a client is refunded, our 2.5% goes back in proportion to the refund. Stripe does not return its processing cost on a refund. Refunds follow the cancellation policy of each service, and the client sees the exact amount before confirming a cancellation. Money a client hands you in person is recorded, not processed, and carries no fee. WHAT YOU NEED Sign in with Google, or with a code sent to your email. No password. Getting paid out needs a Stripe account. The app sends you to bookpaid.app to set it up whenever you want to cash out. You can delete your account in Settings. The app shows what is removed and what accounting rules require us to keep before you confirm. Deletion waits while money is still moving on a booking. Questions: info@bookpaid.app
