About this app
Track habits, health, goals and daily life with a private, flexible journal
Read full description
Everything Tracker is a flexible, private journal for the details that matter to you. Build trackers for habits, health and body measurements, fitness, food, sleep, mood, symptoms, productivity, learning, finance, your environment, or anything else you want to understand. Log quick values and notes, set personal goals, organize trackers with categories and tags, and explore summaries, trends, forecasts, and correlations across your own history. Create local reminders when you want a nudge. This release keeps tracker data local by design: - no tracker cloud sync or automatic server backup; - no advertising or analytics; - no subscriptions or in-app purchases; - manual CSV and JSON import/export under your control. Your tracker data remains on your device unless you choose to export it. Optional biometric unlock is handled by your device. You can use the tracker without an account. An optional account lets you manage your email preference. The online service stores only account details and your email preference, never your trackers or entries. Promotional email is optional and off by default. Sign in with Google or email. Everything Tracker is for personal logging. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Consult a healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Forecasts are estimates, and correlations do not establish cause and effect.
