LEV Ready: Extraction Records

LEV Ready is the check log for workshops that run their own extraction. Log the weekly checks on each hood, arm and fan from your phone, and keep them with the rest of your COSHH LEV records: thorough examination (TExT) reports, service history, corrective actions, documents, photos and PDF reports. Built for UK workshops that run extraction: fabrication and welding shops, engineering workshops, grinding and fettling areas, spray areas, woodworking and foundries. Specialist LEV records software, not a bloated maintenance system. SCAN THE LABEL, LOG THE CHECK Print a QR label for each extraction asset from the web version and stick it on the unit. Scan it with the app and the right record opens at once. Log a routine check on the spot, add a photo, and the due date moves on. Any phone camera can read the same label, so a colleague without the app still lands on the asset page. The app does the work at the machine: scan, check, photograph. One account, one set of records, on both. Create a free workspace in the app to try it with one site, two areas and three assets. Larger workspaces, QR labels, uploads, reports and reminders need a paid plan. LEV Ready helps you manage LEV and extraction records. It does not guarantee compliance and it does not replace competent review. Under COSHH, thorough examination of LEV is required at least every 14 months, and the records you keep are yours to show. Camera access is used only to scan QR labels and to take photos you choose to attach to a record. No adverts and no tracking. Our server counts a few steps, such as a check being saved, so we can see which parts of LEV Ready get used. Those counts carry no names, email addresses or record contents.
