Name Russian armor from real photos. Drills, a campaign, and a field Codex.
Field ID trains you to name Russian and Soviet armor from the photograph, not from a silhouette chart. The set has 138 plates and 478 photographs. One hundred and three plates have more than one angle of the same vehicle. You swipe between those angles. The other thirty-five plates have a single photograph. You get a real plate and six names. The right answer is the vehicle in the picture. The wrong ones are the near matches: the same class, a close generation, or the variant people mix up in the field. After the call, the debrief shows what gave it away. TRAINING Toddler is the first pass, with more time and a wider set of tells. Skirmish is a short run of plates once the names start to stick. Frenzy puts a clock on the same call. Engineer asks you to separate true statements from false ones on one plate. Bastion is a timed watch on a floor of vehicles. Name what is there before the round ends. CAMPAIGN The campaign is a company on a map. Reorganize, breach the first line, then take the Stronghold. Supply, events, and the plates you have already named all carry into the next fight. It is a recognition campaign, not an arcade shooter. CODEX The Codex is the lexicon. Each of the 138 plates has the role of the vehicle, how to spot it, the specifications, the weak spots, and the design flaws. Reviewed plates include a source. Tap the source to copy the link. Compare view puts the lookalike beside the plate you have open. WHAT IS IN THE SET Tanks from the T-55 to the T-14, infantry vehicles, APCs, air defense, rocket artillery, engineer vehicles, command posts, electronic warfare, aircraft, and uncrewed systems. Cold War, modern, and current types sit in one set, with the Russian name beside the English one. Field ID is a study tool. It does not claim to be a substitute for formal recognition training. Photographs are credited in the app.
