See what is available, what is held for approved payments, and every movement in one place. REQUESTS WITH EVIDENCE Staff raise a request for what they need to buy and attach the proof: a photo, PDF, video or voice note. Money for a request moves only after it is approved. APPROVAL CHAINS Owners, finance, department heads, accountants and staff each see what their role allows. No one can approve their own request. Every approval is confirmed with a PIN and recorded.
