Plan rectangular cladding panels and estimate materials with CladCut. Work from your own facade dimensions, openings, panel rules and stock sheet sizes. See the panel layout, review sheet cutting plans and prepare a clear material estimate before ordering. PLAN EACH FACADE • Enter façade and opening dimensions in millimetres, centimetres or metres. • Metric units only. Feet and inches are not supported. • Add rectangular windows, doors and other excluded areas. • Set panel sizes, joints, minimum pieces, saw kerf, edge trim and rotation rules. • Check warnings and see how your entered values affect the plan. KEEP A BUILDING TOGETHER • Group facades into a building with shared panel, material and stock rules. • Copy or move openings to the floor above using a floor-to-floor height you enter. • Review combined panel quantities, stock sheets and estimated waste. TAKE THE PLAN WITH YOU • View panel schedules and stock sheet layouts. • Export PDF plans and CSV cutting data, then choose how to open or share them. • Save JSON backups to keep a separate copy of your work. WORK OFFLINE Projects and generated files are stored on your device. There are no accounts, advertising, analytics or automatic cloud sync. You choose when to share a file or save a copy elsewhere. PLANNING ESTIMATES ONLY CladCut is a planning tool, not an installation approval or structural design service. Check dimensions, panel rules, substructure, fixings, movement joints, fire and cavity requirements against current manufacturer documentation and with the responsible designer before ordering, cutting or installing. Openings exclude facade face area; reveals, sills, corners, trims and flashings are not included automatically. Rectangular panels only. Sheet nesting does not guarantee the smallest possible sheet count.
