Simplify circle checks for your drivers with easy-to-use digitized inspections.
Simplify circle checks for your drivers with easy-to-use, digitized pre- and post-trip inspections. As a fleet professional, you’re under pressure to keep up with both local regulations and vehicle maintenance requirements for various types of fleet vehicles. Paper-based circle checks only complicate and prolong this already time-consuming process. The easy-to-use FOCUS S mobile app for drivers allows drivers to complete and submit digital DVIRs in compliance with regulations and maintenance/inspection requirements. From the back-office, fleet managers can easily monitor and identify vehicles and equipment that require maintenance, reduces downtime, and reduces the risk of compliance violations. Quick specs: • Native app gives you full functionality, not just mobile web browsing • Notify drivers ever 24 hours to inspect their vehicles • Automatically send all recent inspection reports (last 30 days) to a list of third-party email addresses • Send photos of mechanical problems to the maintenance team • 6 month history of vehicle inspection reports are archived and accessible • Automate inventory and keep track of all assets needed on a job site Please Note: You must be a FOCUS by TELUS customer to use this app. Not a customer yet?
