Simplifying School ASA (After School Activities) Attendance Tracking
The Fortes ASA Attendance App is a user-friendly and efficient mobile application developed to automate and simplify the process of tracking student attendance for After School Activities (ASA). Designed specifically for school coordinators and activity supervisors, the app eliminates the need for manual attendance tracking and enhances overall safety and accountability. One of the app’s key features is its QR code-based attendance system. Each student is assigned a QR code, which they scan upon arrival at or departure from an activity session. This contactless and paperless process ensures accurate, real-time attendance logging while significantly reducing administrative workload.
