Stop guessing what to train. WODPilot writes the session for you and adjusts it based on what you have already done this week.
Most workout generators pick from a list at random. WODPilot works from your training history instead. It rotates heavy days across squat, hinge, press and Olympic lifts so nothing gets overworked, keeps track of how much load you have absorbed over the past week, and will put a rest day in front of you whether or not you asked for one. Over a few weeks that adds up to something much closer to a real programme.
WHAT YOU GET EVERY DAY
Open the app and the session is waiting. Warm-up, the workout, scaling options if you need them, a timer, and accessory work at the end if you have time for it. Nothing to plan at six in the morning.
BUILT AROUND YOUR GYM
Tell it what equipment you have and it programmes to that. A full rack and bumpers in a garage gym, or one kettlebell and a pull-up bar in a doorway. Training in a hotel room with nothing at all still gets you proper strength work: tempo sets, density rounds, and progressions that build toward pistols and handstand push-ups instead of just more push-ups.
TRAINS AROUND INJURIES
Flag a sore shoulder or a dodgy knee and the engine stops programming the movements that aggravate it. Everything else carries on as normal, so one niggle does not cost you a fortnight of training.
12-WEEK PROGRAMMING, HANDLED
Start a macrocycle and your loading waves through hypertrophy, strength and peaking phases automatically, deload weeks included. Rep schemes and percentages shift as you move between phases. When the block finishes, the app looks at what you actually lifted during peak week and suggests updated one-rep maxes. You approve each one or skip it. Your numbers never change without you saying so.
KNOWS WHAT YOU CAN LIFT
Put your maxes in and every barbell session arrives with a working weight in kilos or pounds, plus a plate breakdown so you are not doing sums between sets.

PAY ONCE
There is no subscription. You get a free trial, and if you want to keep the full engine you buy it once and that is the end of it. Three prices exist for the same app because people's circumstances differ. Pay whichever seems reasonable to you.
It is built for functional fitness, metcons and general strength and conditioning. Mostly it is built for people who would rather turn up and train than spend twenty minutes deciding what to do.
Answer a few questions when you open it and your first session is ready.
