Amman Is Listening is an official mobile application designed to enhance direct and effective communication between citizens and residents on one hand, and Greater Amman Municipality (GAM) on the other. The application provides a secure and user-friendly digital channel for submitting complaints, observations, and suggestions related to municipal services, allowing users to actively participate in improving service quality and quality of life across the city of Amman. Through the app, users can submit requests, attach photos and location details, and track the status of their submissions with transparency and ease.
