Chores, points and rewards for families. You set the tasks, kids stay motivated.
TaskBuddy turns household chores into something children actually want to finish. You set the tasks and the rewards. Your children see exactly what is expected, tick tasks off on their own phone, and earn points they can spend on rewards you chose yourself. Nothing is awarded until you approve it, so the standard stays yours. HOW IT WORKS 1. Create your family and add each child. Your family gets one memorable code, and each child signs in with a username and a PIN. No email address and no phone number needed for a child account. You can also show a code on your screen for your child to scan. 2. Add your tasks and your rewards. Decide what each task is worth, when it is due, and whether it repeats. 3. Your child finishes a task and sends it for approval, with a photo if you asked for proof. You approve it or send it back with a note. FOR PARENTS - Create, assign, edit and schedule tasks, including repeating ones - Approve or return completed work, and ask for photo evidence when you want proof - Build a reward catalogue with your own prices, per child limits and expiry dates - Invite a partner, co-parent or guardian so you both have full access - See the week on a calendar, and insights on who is keeping up and who is drifting - Phone notifications and email updates when work is submitted, approved or redeemed - Settings for grace periods, automatic approval, and whether the family leaderboard is visible FOR CHILDREN - A clear list of what is due today, on their own phone - Points for finished work, spent on rewards you created - XP and levels that measure effort over time and can never be spent - Daily streaks, with a grace period so one busy day does not undo weeks of effort - Achievements to unlock along the way - A quiz corner with questions across several subjects and difficulty levels POINTS AND XP ARE SEPARATE, ON PURPOSE Points are currency and get spent on rewards. XP is progress and is never spent. A child saving up for something big does not lose their level or their place on the family leaderboard, and a child who spends freely does not fall behind. It takes away the usual argument about whether spending should cost you something. BUILT FOR FAMILIES - Every family is separate. You only ever see your own children, tasks and rewards. - Children sign in without an email address or a phone number. - Photos are used only as evidence for a task or as a profile picture, and stay within your family. - Parents can export their family's data at any time. WHAT IT COSTS TaskBuddy is free to use. There are no adverts, no in app purchases and no subscription. Need help or want to report a problem?
