The ninety days after you leave treatment are the ones nobody sees. The Landing is a small, quiet app for exactly that stretch. It is given to you by the treatment center, attorney, psychologist or therapist who referred you — you cannot sign up on your own, and you will need the invitation they send you. ONE CHECK-IN A DAY, ABOUT A MINUTE Four questions: how is your mood, how strong are cravings, how did you sleep, how connected do you feel. Four sliders, and you are done. If you want to say more, you can record up to sixty seconds — video or voice only. If you would rather not, that is a complete check-in too. Nobody is marked down for it. A REAL PERSON READS IT Not a chatbot. A recovery coach at Global Recovery & Wellness sees your check-in and replies in the app, 8am to 10pm Pacific. If you want someone sooner, there is one button that says so, and a coach texts you within minutes. THE PEOPLE ROOTING FOR YOU You can add a few people to your Family Circle — a parent, a partner, a sponsor. They get one signal: that you checked in today. Never your answers, never your scores, never your recordings, never what you said to your coach. Everyone you add has to accept the invitation themselves. WHAT THE PLACE THAT REFERRED YOU SEES Only if you turn sharing on, and it is off when you start. If you turn it on, they see your first name, which milestones you have reached, and whether you have been active this week. Nothing else. You can turn it off at any time, from your own phone, and nobody is told that you did. WHAT THIS IS NOT It is not treatment, not therapy, and not medical care. It is coaching, structure and connection alongside whatever else you are doing. It is not an emergency service and it is not watched overnight. Crisis resources, including 988, are on every screen. WHO MAKES THIS The Landing is operated by Global Recovery & Wellness Inc, whose coaches read your check-ins. It is published here by Naybrs, Inc., an affiliated company, while Global Recovery & Wellness completes the business verification the app stores require of a new company. It moves to their own account when that finishes; nothing about the app or your information changes. FREE Free for your ninety days. No subscription, no ads, no trackers, nothing to buy.
