ADHD To Do List: Tunl Focus

Tunl Focus is an ADHD planner for adults who do not need another place to store tasks. They need a place to finish them. Most to do list apps let you collect forever. Tunl makes you decide. Every item gets a disposition: do it, defer it, snooze it, or admit you are never going to and drop it. Nothing sits there rotting. FREE, OFFLINE, NO ACCOUNT The whole execution engine runs on your device. No sign-up, no card, no ads. Dump, decide, run the Tunnel, close out the day. That part is free and stays free, with no trial clock on it, and it works with no internet connection at all. You only ever make an account if you want the cloud features below. THE TUNNEL One task. Full screen. Nothing else. The Tunnel serves you a single thing at a time, so you stop deciding what to do next thirty times an hour. It has already been decided. This is the part that helps when you are staring at a list and cannot start anything on it. THE RECKONING A daily pass that will not let you drift. Everything overdue or undecided comes back and gets a disposition. It is the part that keeps the list honest. BRAIN DUMP IN ONE LINE Type "gym tomorrow 7am #health every weekday" and Tunl reads the date, the time, the project and the recurrence. Get it out of your head and get back to work. Dump ten things in thirty seconds and sort them out later. FIRE DRILL The baby wakes up. A meeting starts. Something urgent lands. Hit fire and that becomes your only task until it is done, then the Tunnel picks up where you left off.
