In Pide Brothers, every boat-shaped Turkish pide is made by your own hands: 🥖 ROLL THE DOUGH Stretch the dough with your finger and fold the edges into the classic boat shape. Careful, stretch it too far and it tears! 🧀 SPRINKLE THE TOPPINGS Kashar cheese, minced meat, white cheese, onions… Spread them evenly. Too little and customers grumble, too much and your profit is gone. 🔥 MASTER THE WOOD OVEN Keep the fire alive with firewood. The side facing the flames bakes faster, so turn your pide at the right moment. Burn it and you'll hear about it! 🍽 SERVE IT Brush on butter and slice it up.
