HIIT, Tabata & boxing rounds. Interval timer for gym, WOD and circuit training
Read full description
Reps is an interval timer for HIIT, Tabata, boxing rounds, circuits and mobility work. Set three numbers — work, rest, sets — hit start, and keep your eyes on the workout instead of the clock.
⚙️ HOW IT WORKS
1. Set your numbers — work, rest and sets — or tap Tabata, Boxing or HIIT to fill them in.
2. Hit start. A voice calls out work and rest and counts down each change.
3. Finish. The session counts toward your week.
⚡ BUILD A WORKOUT IN SECONDS
• Work, rest and sets on a single screen — no menus to dig through
• Tap + or − to change by one, hold to move in steps of five
• The total time updates as you set the numbers
• Repeat your last session with one tap
• Random picks the numbers for you when you can't decide
• Advanced when you want it: get ready, warm-up, cool-down, up to 10 rounds and rest between rounds
🏋️ BUILT FOR REAL TRAINING
• Tabata: 20s work / 10s rest × 8 sets
• HIIT intervals: 40/20, 30/30, 45/15, or your own numbers
• Boxing, Muay Thai and martial arts rounds: 3 min work / 1 min rest
• Circuit training with your own work, rest, sets and rounds
• Running and sprint intervals, cycling and spin intervals, rowing pieces
• Jump rope rounds, kettlebell intervals, calisthenics sets
• Bodyweight and dumbbell supersets, plank and core holds
• Stretching, mobility, yoga holds and rehab intervals
Whether you call it a gym timer, a round timer or a workout timer, it comes down to the same three numbers: work, rest, repeat.
🔊 EYES OFF THE SCREEN
• A voice calls out work and rest as they come
• The last 3, 5 or 10 seconds of each phase are counted out loud, with a beep and a buzz
• Work and rest vibrate differently, so you can tell them apart with the phone in your pocket
• Lowers your music instead of stopping it — your playlist or podcast keeps playing
• Voice, beeps, vibration and music lowering each have their own switch
• Keeps running in the background and with the screen locked
• Tap the timer to pause, or skip a phase, without losing your place
🎨 READABLE MID-SET
• Work, rest, warm-up, cool-down and round rest each have their own colour
• A NEXT line shows what's coming and for how long
• Digits large enough to read from the floor or across the room
• The screen stays on for the whole workout
💾 CUSTOM PRESETS
Save as many workouts as you want, without leaving the screen. Your Tabata, your boxing rounds, your Friday circuit — ready to go, advanced settings included.
🔥 A WEEKLY STREAK
• Pick a goal of 2 to 6 training days a week. Every week you reach it, the streak grows by one
• Four weeks in a row earn a streak freeze. You can hold up to two
• Miss a week and a freeze is spent on its own, so the streak survives
• The finish screen marks 2, 4, 8, 12, 26 and 52 weeks
📊 HISTORY & STATS
• Workout history by week, month, year or all time, with workouts and total time for each
• A map of your last 26 weeks: goal met, missed or frozen
• Minutes per month, year by year
• Records: longest session, most sets in a session, best streak in weeks
• Long-press a session to delete it — the streak recalculates
🔔 REMINDER & HOME SCREEN WIDGETS
• An optional reminder at the time you pick — only if you haven't trained that day, your weekly goal is at risk and no freeze is left. Two a week at most
• Quick Start widget: start a saved workout from the home screen
• Stats widget: your week streak and the days trained this week
⏳ OUTSIDE THE GYM TOO
