City Zone Planner is a zoning puzzle about keeping a city balanced.
An empty grid of plots, a population that keeps arriving, and three bars you cannot stop watching. Drop a residential block and the housing bar eases while the commercial bar climbs - those new residents will want somewhere to shop. Give them a shop and industry starts to strain. Every tile you place tips the balance somewhere else, and the city keeps asking for more of everything at once.
