Takhti Grow turns Takhti's neuroscience videos into one small lesson a day. Every lesson follows the same five-minute loop: • Read: the key idea in three short points • Watch: a short clip from Takhti on YouTube • Do: one small action to try in your day • Reflect: in the evening, note how it went • Check: an optional three-question quiz Your streak, progress and reflections are saved to your account, so they move with you to a new phone. Two gentle daily reminders help you keep the habit; you choose the times or turn them off. PILOT, 4 LESSONS. This first version is a pilot with four lessons. Tell us what to improve from the feedback screen at the end. Language: the app is in English. The video clips are in Urdu (English captions where available). For adults (18+).
