HREasy is your company's employee portal. Record your working hours, submit expenses, request vacation time, and view your work schedule—all without forms or inquiries at the office. IMPORTANT: This app is part of a human resources management system for companies. You need an account, which your employer will create for you. You cannot log in without this account. WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH IT Record working hours Clock in with the timer or enter your hours manually. The app calculates breaks according to Swiss regulations (Art. 15 of the Swiss Working Time Act) and shows you your balance—even if it's negative. Submit expenses Photograph the receipt, check the amount, and submit. You can see at any time what has been approved and what is still pending. Vacation and absences Submit a request, view your balance, and report illness. Pro-rata entitlement for employees joining mid-year is taken into account. BUILT FOR SWITZERLAND Time and vacation calculations comply with the Swiss Code of Obligations and the Swiss Federal Act on Employment: break regulations according to Art. 15 of the Federal Act on Employment, maximum working hours according to Art. 9, and vacation entitlement according to Art. 329a of the Swiss Code of Obligations. What you see is the same as what your HR department sees. DATA PROTECTION Your data is stored with your employer; we operate the software on their behalf. Sensitive information is stored in encrypted form. The camera is used exclusively for photographing expense receipts; all other functions remain accessible without camera access.
