Record seizures, triggers and medication doses for your neurologist.
The question at every neurology appointment is the same: how many, how long, and what changed? Seizure Log is where the answer lives, recorded at the time instead of reconstructed in the waiting room.
Fast entry when it matters, a clear report when you need one, and everything stays on your phone.
⚡ LOG A SEIZURE IN UNDER A MINUTE
• Date, time, duration and seizure type, with a built-in timer
• Aura or warning signs, if there were any
• Severity, recovery time and whether it was filmed
• Free-text notes for anything else worth recording
💊 MEDICATIONS AND DOSES
• Every anti-seizure medication with its dose and schedule
• Log each dose taken, so a missed dose is visible in the record rather than remembered wrongly
• Reminders at the times you set, rebuilt automatically after a phone restart
• Adherence for each medication in the report
🎯 TRIGGERS
• Track the usual suspects — sleep loss, missed dose, illness or fever, stress, flashing lights, menstrual cycle, alcohol, dehydration, overexertion, screen time
• Add your own custom triggers
• Attach the triggers present to each event, so patterns can surface over months
📊 PATTERNS AND FREQUENCY
• Seizures per month, charted over the last six months
• Breakdown by seizure type and by trigger
• Current and longest seizure-free interval — the number that matters for driving, work and treatment decisions
📄 THE NEUROLOGIST REPORT
• Export a clean PDF of the last 30, 90, 180 or 365 days
• Seizure list, counts by type, trigger summary and each medication with its adherence
• CSV export for your own records
• Share straight from the share sheet
👥 CAREGIVER NOTES
• Space for the person who witnessed the event to describe it
• What the patient cannot remember is often the most clinically useful part
🔒 PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Everything stays on your phone — no account, no login, no cloud sync
• Health data is never passed to the ad SDK and is never used to target ads
• No location permission, no microphone, no contacts
WHY PEOPLE USE IT
• Appointments go better when the frequency is a number, not an impression
• Works offline, entered in seconds, by the patient or a carer
• Nothing renews unless you choose a subscription
PERFECT FOR
• Adults living with epilepsy
• Parents and carers recording a child's seizures
• Anyone newly diagnosed and starting a first medication
• People preparing for a neurology review or a treatment change
FREE AND PREMIUM The free version covers three medications, three custom triggers, 90 days of history and one PDF export. Premium unlocks unlimited medications and triggers, full history, unlimited PDF exports and no ads — as a monthly or yearly subscription, or a single lifetime payment.
IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ Seizure Log is a personal record-keeping diary. It is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
It does NOT detect, predict or warn about seizures. It has no sensors watching the user; while a seizure is being timed, the only thing it does is remind you to call for help once five minutes have passed. It does NOT contact emergency services, family or carers automatically — nothing in this app will summon help.
Never change or stop an anti-seizure medication because of something this app displayed. Sudden withdrawal can be dangerous. Talk to your neurologist first.
Call your local emergency number if a convulsive seizure lasts longer than 5 minutes, if one seizure follows another without recovery in between, if the person is injured, has trouble breathing, or does not regain consciousness.
