Scan QR and barcodes easily.
QR Scanner and Barcode Reader reads QR codes and common product barcodes using your device’s camera. You can also select a saved image, such as a screenshot or photo, to read a code without using the camera. To scan, open the camera scanner and position the code inside the frame. A torch control provides extra light on devices with a camera flash. After a code is detected, the app displays its contents. You can copy the result to your clipboard or share it through another app. If the result contains a website address, you can choose to open it in your browser. The app asks for confirmation before opening the link. Your recent results are saved in a history list, including the code format and the time it was read. The app stores up to 100 entries on your device. You can revisit a saved result or clear the entire history. Camera permission is required for camera scanning. When reading a saved image, the app accesses the image you select. Code processing happens on your device, and scan history is not sent to the developer. The current version requires no account and contains no advertising or analytics.
