Take a guess at the picture, spell its name and fill the mini crossword. Picture Word Connect is a guess it game, a brain game and an educational quiz in one words puzzle: every clue is an image, and you connect the letters on the wheel to solve it. How to play Each level is one mini crossword where the words cross and link through the grid. Every word you need is the name of a picture shown beside it, like an animal, a fruit or a hot dog, so you are never stuck on a cryptic clue. Look at the photo, guess the word, then make words by tracing letters on the wheel. When you connect the words correctly, each one slides into place and its picture is marked as found. Tap any of the pics to see it larger, or shuffle the wheel for a fresh look. A two-word name is spelled as one word, so HOT DOG becomes HOTDOG. A picture word puzzle that grows with you There are 1,000 levels in English and another 1,000 in French, each with its own words. The first levels are a quick brain teaser; later ones become difficult word puzzles with more words and more letters. Every group of ten levels starts easy, climbs, eases off, then ends on its hardest crossword, which has an extra word and one more letter. From level 150 the wheel holds up to eight letters, turning each level into a real anagram word puzzle and a fun brain challenge for advanced players. Think before you trace Every level gives you two moves per word, plus one. A move is any trace that spells something, so careful guessing pays off. If you run out of moves, add five more with coins or by watching a video, or give up and try again. Finish a level with no hints for three stars, with one hint for two stars, and earn coins the first time you clear it. Replay any finished level to collect the stars you missed. Hints when you need them Stuck on a word? A hint reveals one letter of the word you pick, or of the first word you have not found yet. A hint never costs a move, so it is the calm way through a tricky grid. Spend coins in the shop on hints or a full set of lives, or watch a short video for one hint whenever you choose. Lives and pacing You start with five lives, and one comes back every thirty minutes. Losing a level, or leaving one after a move, costs a life, which keeps every guess meaningful. That rhythm makes this word quiz easy to pick up for a few minutes and just as easy to put down.
